An approved faculty profile shows name, university, subjects, rates, and badges. Email addresses are not on the public profile.

Faculty see “Anonymous student” and do not see that student’s university, email, or thesis title. The student still sees faculty names in order to choose. Administrators and the payment record can see both identities. A dispute shows both names to the two parties and the administrator, and does not put them on the help wall.

Uploaded files are specified as private objects with a 10-minute download link. They are not used to train models. The current demo stores file names only. Deletion of an unused file is kept as a record for 30 days and then the object is removed, except while a dispute is open.
